Best Western Plus Newark Airport West Hotel

While the location may be a bit confusing behind the United Employee Parking Lot, the hotel was a great value for our late arrival into Newark. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. Despite noise and some minor room issues, I'd stay here again for an overnight near EWR.

Friendly staff made up for the poorly organized shuttle service. Breakfast had limited options but unique serving style. Good value for late-night stay. Spacious room with a big tub, TV fixed promptly. Helpful in arranging car parking. Despite smoke smell, overall a satisfactory experience for an overnight airport stay with kids.

Clean, ideal hotel, there was a neat lobby. 10 minutes drive to airport.

The rooms were cheap with 2 double beds and the bathroom and coffee maker, the breakfast was gorgeous. Remote location short walk to the airport as well as the rail link, it was in a local area. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

We didn't like the bed, it was too soft also the views were nothing special.

Omg, the beds in the hotel were sooo comfy 🛏️ couldn't get enough of them! 🤩 but, the breakfast was a total letdown 😔 only muffins and no fruit or yogurt 🤷‍♂️. Staff was nice though! 💁‍♀️

The free shuttle made it super easy to visit Sleep and Fly cars and the Museum showcasing the state's most iconic artists. The hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect for catching our flight to a concert featuring the world's biggest performers. Plus, the staff printed our tickets for the concert, making the whole experience stress-free!

I recently stayed at Best Western and had a great experience. I was on a layover from Costa Rica to Halifax and had to spend an extra night due to flight cancellation. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable with a nice writing desk. I really enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast, especially the sausages. The shuttle service was efficient and on time, picking me up and dropping me off at the right terminal. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its service, comfort, and convenient location.

It was also a nice touch that they accommodated my allergies by ensuring there were no feathers in the room - something that many hotels overlook. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay here quite luxurious.
